Cruise Ships

My husband and I spent our honeymoon on board a cruise ship. The great thing about cruises, is the all-inclusive convenience. When you book your cruise, you have the luxury of paying for your accommodations, meals, and excursions for one (generally low) price. There are also a lot of liners that offer packages that include the cruise, airfare, and roundtrip transportation from the airport to the port-of-call.

The common misconception about cruises is that you have to get the best cabin available. This just isn't true. If you and your new hubby can afford the best cabin on the ship, then by all means--go for it! However, if you are on a budget, you can save a lot of money by choosing a regular cabin instead of a suite, and choosing one with a window instead of a balcony. This will give you more money to spend on excursions and gifts while on the ship and in the ports.
